Holy cow, this is an awesome deal. Top quality. I have a fireboard, much more expensive, like 3x times the price or more. This is every bit as good as it is. I have only used it once but the probes are color coded which makes it easy to tell them apart, on my other ones I had to wrap a piece of tape or colored rubber bands bands around them to know which probe was which because they usually get tangled up. Of course when doing that you have will have to replace the tape or rubberbands often depending on the temps. I have many wireless thermometers etc as I bbq a lot. I have very high end stuff, and this is every night as good. I have tested these probes to determine how accurate they are and they are very accurate so far.
